Handle calls, follow-up, and office work without doing it all yourself
We assign a remote coordinator to handle calls and messages, schedule appointments, update the CRM, follow up, and keep agreed administrative work moving. Dale Works prepares the process, supervises the work, and keeps you informed.

A prepared coordinator, clear processes, and supervision
We do not simply assign someone and leave all training to you. We document priorities, configure tools and access, prepare scripts, review quality, and improve the process with you. You retain control of business decisions and permissions.
Dedicated time for your priorities
The assigned coordinator uses the plan hours to complete agreed tasks during the defined schedule.
Clear instructions and boundaries
Each task has instructions, tools, approved messages, and rules for what to answer, record, or pass to the owner.
Work oversight
We review progress, errors, response times, pending work, and workload so support improves instead of operating without oversight.
We learn how you serve customers before speaking for your business
We review what you offer, who contacts you, which questions they ask, how scheduling works, which tools you use, what information can be shared, and when the owner must step in. Then we prepare access, scripts, templates, and priorities.

We use the time on tasks that keep inquiries and pending work from stalling
We define a responsibility list and adjust it as we learn the real workload. Tasks must fit within the plan hours, tools, and permissions.
Communication
We answer calls, texts, email, and forms with approved messaging, record the inquiry, and escalate what requires the owner.
Scheduling and follow-up
We coordinate appointments or requests, send confirmations and reminders, follow up, and reactivate approved contacts.
CRM and administration
We update contacts, stages, notes, tasks, and files; prepare administrative documents with approved information; and report pending work.
Maintenance and coordination
We maintain basic website or profile information and coordinate reviews, content, customer service, e-commerce, or vendors when those tasks are included in the plan.

Your assigned coordinator works remotely through your approved tools
We do not offer physical reception, local visits, field work, on-site photography, or a Dale Works person inside the establishment. Coordination is performed through phone, video, messaging, email, and authorized tools.
Any appointment, service, inspection, negotiation, clinical care, professional advice, or physical work is performed by the client business or its authorized staff.
Your assigned coordinator is not alone when a task requires another specialty
When an included task needs design, website, marketing, video, or automation support, the assigned coordinator can work with our specialists. Large projects or work outside the monthly responsibilities are reviewed and quoted before they begin.

Learn how to make better decisions about your offer, pricing, customers, follow-up, and organization.
The 14 modules explain how to turn your expertise into a clear offer, set pricing, present the business, find opportunities, respond, follow up, and organize the work. The course does not do the work for you; it teaches you how to understand and apply it.

Answers before delegating part of your office
How do I keep control of my business?
You define permissions, approvals, limits, owners, and decisions that must be escalated. Work is recorded in agreed tools and reviewed through reports and meetings by scope.
How is the assigned person trained?
Using information, scripts, templates, tools, examples, and scenarios provided or approved by the business. Onboarding identifies gaps before expanding tasks.
Can the person work in English and Spanish?
Yes, when included in scope. Scripts, translations, technical terms, and regulated messages must be reviewed by the client.
Which tools can be used?
Email, phone, messaging, calendars, CRM, task managers, e-commerce, files, and authorized compatible platforms. Access, licenses, security, and integrations are reviewed before use.
How do the hours work?
Hours are used to execute tasks within the plan’s schedule, priorities, and capacity. Manageable volume depends on complexity, tools, documentation, response times, and requested changes.
What if I need more time?
Workload, priorities, and plan are reviewed. Additional time, out-of-scope projects, or greater capacity require approval and may be quoted separately.
Are specialists included?
They can support tasks that fit within scope and hours. Large design, website, marketing, video, automation, or integration projects are not unlimited and may be quoted separately.
How is sensitive information handled?
Access is minimized, approved tools are used, and permissions are defined. Regulated data, PHI, financial information, credentials, or confidential documents may require additional systems, agreements, and controls.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on processes, tools, access, volume, documentation, and approval speed. Operations can begin with controlled priorities while other areas are completed.
How does cancellation work?
Current billing terms, minimum commitment, and policies apply. Exit also needs to address access, files, pending work, and information transfer.
